Polished Barber Company is a full-service, upscale, vintage Barber Shop Located in Claymont, Delaware. We are looking for Professional, skilled Barbers and Stylists providing classic men's cuts, hot towel shaves, precision scissor cuts, beard trims, and facials. You must have a great personality, professional, and passion for your craft. Our brand is to provide the best service and experience in the men's grooming industry. Our clients come to relax, unwind, have a drink, and be pampered with a hot shave, great haircut, and catch the game, news, or even a movie on our numerous TV's - all while sitting in a classic vintage Barber Chair.

 

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Managerial Experience recommended, but not required

• Must be willing to care about your craft and provide an exceptional experience and quality service to our clients

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:

• 401(k) Schedule:

• 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

 

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus

• Hair Styling: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Barbering License (Preferred)

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
